I tried to intentionally get demoted back to gold league to test if my piñatas at the store will reflect correct league, however this also didn't solve the issue. I still have access to soil league piñatas only. And when I switch to the other player he got access to gold league piñatas and although I never played in battlez, he got access to complete gold league opponents.
Going down the leagues, I have reached to Brick league, however the game won't let me go any further down.
Again I am stuck.

My progress is stuck since the day I opened this topic.
When a tourney has concluded you can choose which profile receives the rewards when you first sign-in for the next tourney !!
I have done this a few times in order to collect a 'desired' mint for multiple profiles
I have also moved up and down a few times over the past few months but never had your particular issue with Pinatas
I did notice that the first day upon sign-in for a new tourney that the pinata multiplier might not have been updated but it has always been correct after the first day
