infinite restoring purchases

Question

there has been a thing going on with my game for a while. you see, i tried purchasing some plants, but canceled it, and it occasionally says restoring purchases. but now when i try to play the worlds it gets stuck on restoring purchases. can someone provide me a solution?

that didnt work for me, because i don't have any not unlocked plants have a play world option
