@Perfume-shroom92 Ghost Pepper seed packets are very rare, I have been playing since it was introduced and only managed to get one to level 6 (on my high level profile) while others are much lower.
Anyway, even at level 1, it is quite fun for using in Boosterama (rows 2 and 4).

I haven't gotten any GP seeds in the tournament pinata! I remember EA messed up the scheduling during the Sap Fling tournament and they corrected it the next day. Unfortunately, Haem is out of office this week (at least someone said that on reddit) so I don't know if we'll get the chance to get rewarded with GP seeds ☹️
- @PowerToss Is Haem someone who is in charge of pvz2? sigh....you can only get it from pinata party, if you are lucky. I got one x10 and that's it. Its not rewarded at all in the arena streak...

She also works 'in the same room' as the devs...so usually if something is messed up like the reward streak people on reddit complain and Haem makes sure that it gets fixed.
I noticed the same. A rediculous amount of jack'o'lantern packets which don't matter to me since I haven't purchased it. Practically no ghost pepper packets through all of Halloween including ghost pepper week, boosted and non boosted. It makes no sense.
I got excited about Halloween because I could level up my ghost pepper. Wrong.
Haem is on vacation this week. I doubt the extra 20 seeds was to compensate for a "future" error !!
That would require proactive thought and it is proven beyond a doubt that EA and Popcap are incapable of that.
