Thanks. Unfortunately, there's a big difference between your menu and mine: you can choose the player even before you clear the cache. That's why I'm not so sure if clearing it would help and maybe it would harm the EA's help. I'll probably wait with it for some hours.
Good news again! EA Support helped and the game works again (since the morning).
Also, I've received some tips how to avoid the problem. Any sudden shut down can cause profile disappearance. That's why the device should be well charged and plugged in. Closing other apps prevents crashing by saving the RAM. The internet connection should always be stable (preferably wi-fi) to prevent the bug. They also say we should back to the main menu and then close the app but it won't help if the device suddenly crash as it was in my case.
In case of losing the save, reinstalling IS NOT recommended (fortunately this time I haven't tried it).
