I've lost my PvZ2 account
Good evening!
My battery died today while playing, and the game started from the tutorial. I tried to re-select my account, but I didn't see the option (I thought it would give me Force Data Sync and that could have been a fatal mistake), I reinstalled, registered my email via the link (because I found the option) and unfortunately it showed me that I only had 2 tutorial saves to choose from. Meanwhile, my long-term account that had all non-premium plants unlocked (except the new Aqua Wine) was gone. Is there still a chance to get my old account back?
Can EA help with that somehow? I think it was somehow connected to the mail before since I was reinstalling the game many times before on different devices. But after the update the interface was quite unintuitive to me.
