Had the same issue with the June Calendar for a while but it eventually fixed. The July calendar is now broken and the Summer Nights event calendar is broken as well. Likewise, this is just plain ridiculous. I have been playing plants vs zombies since they were Popcap. For this problem to keep popping up over and over again is very upsetting. This truly feels like EA doesn't care about its fan base.

I'm in the same place. Again. It's frustrating. And if it's ever fixed, we have to start on day 1 of the calendar, meaning we miss out on the rewards completely. It's getting stupid now. PLEASE FIX THIS.

But at least club members can complain & commiserate with all the other players. You can also TRY, i say again, TRY, to go to help center & put a claim for missing rewards. Unfortunately the MCR cannot do this for you. Some type of union thing i think. They also might be on strike since getting any type of response is impossible. Any way, good luck with your claim, you are going to need it . Remember the MCR is free. Tell all your friends, it just might help. So 😔.

No Rewards Today! This is happening every other month! I play every day but don’t get rewards for the full month! I now have to wait another 22 hours to get my July 1 rewards. The same thing happened in May. I never got my 5/31 reward because I was a day behind all month! The same thing happened in March. No Summer Nights, no Champion Season, no July —nothing today! Why does this keep happening? I got April and June. Please help. Between this and the game crashing after I win an Arena Match & use a gauntlet, it’s very frustrating. If it were to reset it would be one thing, but it acknowledges that played & now have to wait another 4 hours for a free play.

Glad I'm still not the only one, hopefully this topic will become more popular and the devs will have to figure out how to fix it. All the awards add up and you end up missing out on alot.

Please do not mark this thread as "solved" until the issue is actually solved. I suspect that was one of the things contributing to the slow response in June for the same issue.

Sadly, I am having the same issue with the game and it’s December, I didn’t even get to collect my day 30 rewards for November. And I’m already 2 days behind in December, I’ve circled where I should be, I contact support and they keep sending me all this troubleshooting stuff for my side but it’s not me that’s the problem. 🤷‍♀️

@NialaDevi Noticed you received a wrapped gift on Day 3. Hope it was something that you always wanted! Didn't even see that come up. My Feastivus calendar, when claimed, just clicks right on over to December's calendar which also just clicks right out so no seeds, gems, fuel or coins. Seems EA is having a problem which a few players have noticed. Please fill out a Bug Report but do not add your ID #.
