June (and now July) rewards not collectable

Starting yesterday, I cannot claim the daily reward for June. The first reward just shows the timer for the end of the day. I came back to play again today (2nd) but the first box still shows the timer but now for midnight tonight

    If you are still unable to claim daily rewards for June, please first try the steps outlined in our help articles. 

    If the issue continues, then let us know the following:

    • Device Type and Model:
    • Date the issue first started?
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • If possible a screenshot or clip...
    • Player ID (Guide on finding your ID):

    Hi!  My monthly or daily rewards is stuck from yesterday and I'm not able to receive it.  Can someone help?  Thank you in advance!

    Now the daily rewards for June won't work. Haven't been able to redeem the first one at all yet

    Same issue...today is day 3. I've been here everyday since the beginning of June and it just resets the hours with no reward.

    Claim the 10 gems first before the other quest. If claim all you'll continue to have the same issue.

    @ChubbiestGuide4 Hopefully this will be sorted quickly, it happens to me at least for 1 or 2 days each month. So frustrating as I kept thinking I had missed out by not opening the game for a day but soon realized it is the game so I rarely if ever get to open a full month worth of rewards.
