Have you cleaned out your phones storage recently?
@MAGICDAVESHROOM I have...i actually have to zip up a lot of files before i have enough space to download this game. And it should have enough space. Its just the download keeps decreasing from like 47% back down to 4% and then it keeps on doing that...i am not sure why... its strange and i have not seen it before.
