Are you able to log out of google once you logged in? I want to transfer my data from my old android to my new iphone
It doesn't matter if you're logged onto google play or not, once pvz2 is installed onto your apple device and your gamedata has been installed by using the EA email registration service, the game will automatically use apple store for backup and your pvz2 googleplay account has become redundant.
Guess im forever going to have 2 accounts that arent connected ☹️

@GavinGG0124 I see. That's fine because I recently heard of a bug that the icon won't show if your age is <13. I'm not sure if this is true, though.
Here are a couple of things you can try.
1) Force-Close and reopen the app (a couple of times)
2) Restart your phone
3) Clear the Cache of the PvZ2 app and restart the app (Just make sure you have a screenshot of you player ID)
Sometimes it even takes a while until the cloud icon shows up, so let me know if you still don't see an icon in like an hour.
