Did you register your email with EA for 100 free gems? IF so, you can try doing the register again and you might be able to recover your account by email confirmation. If not, the last resort is to contact EA Help Center for further assistance but to be successfuly recover your account, you will need to know your original (old) player ID as without this critical information the advisor would have nothing to work on.
