Lost account progres
Hello , its been awhile since im not playing this game...after reinstall in the new phone ( old phone broken ) i lost my progres already tried linked ea account , re log into my email still can't and i click the forced saved data....pls help
If you have registered your email address with the game (and received some free gems) before the crash, you can try recovering your progress by doing the register again using the same email address.
If you have not registered before, you will need to know your original player ID to seek helps from EA Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page.
