Lost all my save data

When I went to play all of my save data was cleared, I’m registered and I tried force syncing player data and nothing works… I’ve spent countless hours and I’m worried I’m gonna lose everything can someone please help?

    When I updated my iOS it happened to me! No data on any phone android or apple

    AshArc, you have to go on the EA help website for this.

    go to pvz2, and open a case about your lost progress. (send screenshots of your account and device number before and after the data loss) When someone contacts you in your emails about it, reply so they know its still a problem after a while, if all goes well, they will give you another email saying they got your account back. Only thing that doesn’t come back are which plants you’ve favorited, everything else will be there.

    This worked for me and time for them to get the progress back varies.

    I am unable to open a case file. There is no such option when I click on  "I need help restoring my progress in the game".  There is just an article to read which was not helpful.

    This site hates me.  When I click on "My cases" and then "Open a new case" it just throws me back to the  home help page.  Thanks for trying, think I am doomed.

    Contact support, email them your screenshot of your player id and what happened, they restored mine, however I can't win the new plant for the tournament, both my profiles are well over my seeds to win it. I emailed them a ticket and proof so hopefully they will reset me, I told them I got to two seed packets on the bar and the star.
