go to pvz2, and open a case about your lost progress. (send screenshots of your account and device number before and after the data loss) When someone contacts you in your emails about it, reply so they know its still a problem after a while, if all goes well, they will give you another email saying they got your account back. Only thing that doesn’t come back are which plants you’ve favorited, everything else will be there.
This worked for me and time for them to get the progress back varies.
