    If you have registered your email address with the App and received some free gems in the past, you can try doing a re-installation and go through the email register again using the same address to get a code to verify you are the aqccount owner to restore your old progress.

    If you have not registered before or the above method failed to work, you will need to contact the Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page to get further assistance.  Please note that you will need to provide your original player ID so the advisor knows which account needs to be restored from the server.
