I run pvz2 game via Google Play and it load like first time.
Id that i lost all my progress: 65914F30-312E-401A-B127-691EEFAD1B12
I add two screenshots. first of them i make in february(file name: "1Screenshot_20210228_124431_com.ea.game.pvz2_row.jpg")- have progress on that moment, and second one I make in 29.06.2021(file name: "2Screenshot_20210629_003420_com.ea.game.pvz2_row.jpg")- no prorgress and only 4 default plants.
I hope you help me with it. Thanks.

You should never post your player id number on a public forum in case a hacker takes over your account.
At least you have your old player id number, you should have reported it as a missing content case and given them the player id number with all the plants and resources on and they should be able to restore your account from their backups.
Ask them to also issue you a new player id number and when they do keep a copy of it safe somewhere.

@Fbniaar0n2018 what do you mean by this?A player can't save an account, it is stored on EA's backup servers in their secret headquarters on Neptune.
A player can restore an account from those backups provided they have previously signed up to EA's email registration scheme and/or have their original player id number witten down or screenshotted.
It is automatically updated by Google playstore or applestore whenever you go to the loading screen.
Sometimes a player loses their account (through no fault of their own) and hasn't signed up for the email registration scheme or got their player id number and the google/apple backup hasn't automatically loaded the account and the player might be lucky enough to have an old device in a drawer from when they upgraded their smartphone or tablet that hasn't been overwritten because it's been switched off and still has the original player id number on it.

@mksl7sk This is an open forum, it might be a good idea not to post your player ID here.
Anyway, with the knowledge that your game progress was recorded with the xxx.....1B12 player ID, I think it is still saved in the server. So let's not get panic yet.
There are a couple of ways to go to have it recover and if all failed, then you can start panic.
If you have registered your email with EA to get the 100 free gems, then your account would have been associated with this email, you can try re-installing the game and register again with the same email address, this hopefully will give you an option to re-load your old account to the new installation, normally via a 4 digit code sent to your email.
If you have not registered your email with EA, then you can contact EA HELP center (by clicking the link at the bottom of this page) and get assistance to have your account recovered manually, I fear you have to be patient and persistent with this method as it is time consuming and currently there are long queue of players waiting for helps.

Me too but I verify email again but nothing happen then I click syn data. (gg account still login)

@minemoza201 Did you register your email with your old account? If so, can you remember how many gems and coins and plants have you collected? I ask because the image you are showing seems to have some progress on it already so either you have registered your email with the new account or have overwritten your old one.
If you still have the player ID for the old account, you might be able give HELP CENTER a try but if there is no player ID, then I am afraid your old account can no longer be recovered.
Having said this, did you make any purchase with real money and have a receipt? is so, you might be able to get these paid items back onto your new account.

I guess that bcuz First, I logout and login gg account again but not happen the identity. Then I verify email with old email and not happen too. So I click the sync data I think that to sync old data with EA mail). However I don't remember how many gems, candies, coins and plants collected.
Now I choose that identity and can restore all my purchase but game start new (lazy to play)
I play this game for 1 month (start 23 May 2021) and I sent rollback request yesterday but they not approve. 😢
