lost all progress plants vs zombies 2

Hello I had plants vs zombies 2 on my phone but had to do a factory reset and have all lost all of my world progress and all of my plants some of which i bought and all my mints. I had the game linked to my google account [edit: email address removed] but after reinstall the game reset everything and I no longer have all my plants. Can anything be done to recover all of my progress?

Your data should be in either the Google playstore or the applestore depending on your device.

If you get a choice between two accounts make sure you pick the correct one.

Screenshot it if you're not sure.

If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you should be able to get a code sent to your phone.

If all else fails contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping help at the bottom of this page and making a missing content report.

There will be a backup of your account in EA's servers, but they will only be able to retrieve it with the correct player id number.

Press the spanner in the game and then go to the help section and fill out the form.you will also need your player I D which you will find in download preferences , it’s the only way to get back your progress. It creates a case for you and EA will reply to you via email

@Fbniaar0n2018  what do you mean by this?

A player can't save an account,  it is stored on EA's backup servers in their secret headquarters on Neptune.

A player can restore an account from those backups provided they have previously signed up to EA's email registration scheme and/or have their original player id number witten down or screenshotted.

It is automatically updated by Google playstore or applestore whenever you go to the loading screen.

Sometimes a player loses their account (through no fault of their own) and hasn't signed up for the email registration scheme or got their player id number and the google/apple backup hasn't automatically loaded the account and the player might be lucky enough to have an old device in a drawer from when they upgraded their smartphone or tablet that hasn't been overwritten because it's been switched off and still has the original player id number on it.

    Hi Everyone,

This post has gotten pretty old at this point, I will be locking it to prevent necroposting. If you are running into issues with Lost Progress check out the latest thread HERE, you reach out to EA support in-game (be sure to provide your player ID) so they can further assist.

If you are running into further issues, please make a new post letting us know what is happening and we can provide any relevant information available.

    Thanks!

Press the “force sync” on the newly installed PvZ2 will cover the data on the server.
