Lost cosmetics

I have contacted support for this issue, I have been recommended to report the issue. 

I started to play Apex Legends on the first day season 5 came out, I bought the battle pass and limited time skins; I continued to buy these things as seasons progressed. However, I believe it was during an update, I was asked to log into my EA account again and when I logged back in I had lost all of my cosmetics but kept my level and stats. I have tried to reconnect the account to my Xbox but haven’t had any success.

It may also be worth noting that I cannot purchase any in game credits
