Lost data

Hello, recently my game plants vs zombies 2 updated, and I lost all my previous data, please I would like to know how to get it back, I don’t know my previous player ID, I don’t know if I can retrieve it from settings on IOS, all my achievements from the previous ID have still saved on my game centre account, I can see them, but on the app I don’t see any option for retrieving my old account. Please if it possible to retrieve my old data with my game centre ID? If not is the only possible way to get my data back through my player ID? Please I would appreciate the help
