Lost Game Progress
For me it started doing this on 03 January. Didn't notice an update or install - just started. On the PLUS side.... since that date I have not suffered ANY Red Box of "can not claim this reward until tomorrow" in the monthly and "specialty" programs - like "Festivus" or the current "Gatling Pea". So...... fixed one thing and broke another (again)????
Hi @chaysonator07 I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look into this.
You can reach out to support by:
- Press the wrench > download preferences > you will find your player ID.
- Take a screenshot of your player ID
- Select the "Help" option in-game
- Select "Contact us" on the page that loads
- Fill in case and account information (be sure to include your Player ID)
