@Lambsy65 Support they are trying to solve the problem step by step for every user. So I hope yours gets solved soon enough.
After weeks of going too and fro to EA ,they wouldn’t restore the gems,coins ,gauntlets and mints I had lost due to the the server going down because I had not taken a screenshot of my profiles to prove it.Who takes a screenshot several times a day every time they play the game.Not happy
