Lost IAP due to getting new devices

It wasn't necessarily going from devices, but not knowing how to transfer progress, I currently have no proof of purchasing these items in the first place, but even so, I'm going to reach out to support:

Items I'm 100% sure I bought
Chomped, torchwood, squash, power lily, all upgrades except piñata trackers

Items I think I bought but could be wrong
Pea-nut, snow pea, lava guava

If you need more information I'm willing to help in all ways possible, and thank you for your time.

    Hi,

    I'm sorry, but you're in the wrong place.  This is a player to player assistance forum.  There are no Customer Support personnel here.  All we can do is offer advice.

    Currently the ability to transfer your game between devices is not working correctly.

    You'll need to go back and try again.  This time select  "Technical support" as your Topic and select your Platform, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit Contact Us..

  • No, this is not the wrong place. We have to indicate the problem here, in the forum, so that people know that EA does not want to solve this serious problem.

    The EA support does not give any solution, it is limited to giving you an automatic message, the same for all who have this problem. We are already hundreds of players who have lost our data because of a problem that seems to exists for more than a year and EA / POPCAP do not want to solve it. This is a scam, they are laughing at us.
