Today I entered the game pvz2, and it showed a guide for newbies. I deleted the app data and went back in. It asked me to choose a new data account, and the new one was created. I had my old account but I didn't see it. I didn't have the ID of that account and I only linked that account to my email. Pls help me >;((
Have you tried doing the email register again using the same email address on the re-installed PVZ2 App?
Normally, this should cause the App to send you a code to your email for using in account recovery.

In this case, you will need to contact Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page and seek further assistance. You will need to provide your original player ID so the advisor can help to recover your progress.
(I guess you need to pray the ID you have currently is the old once that has been reset, if not, you will have a very slim chance of getting your progress back)
