Without your player ID, the support team will not be able to locate your account to help you recover it.
Were you playing on a guest account or did you back up your game progress by linking it to iCloud on iOS, or Google on Android? If you did connect your account up, you should be able to just sign in with your iCloud or Google account. and then launch PvZ2 to log back into your PvZ2 account.

I did save my account at one point because I fairly recently got a new phone, I just never thought to screenshot my ID again. I know I have it in my old phone but i can’t access the files when I plug it into my computer.
Only thing I have is I purchased plants and have the old receipts by way of email
