I think you had the buttons "Write to us by e-mail" and "Contact us in a chat" on this page (these buttons are shown in the screenshot on the help page). I don't have these buttons. And there is no "contact UV advisor" button either (I was told to press it in the reply from the help mail eamobile.com ). I have all the screenshots and Player ID ready, but I haven't been able to get an answer for several days. Who should I send them to? Where are the buttons "Start a chat with us", "write to EA advisor"? Why didn't they want to help me by e-mail "help...eamobile.com "? Why did they send me to write to some EA advisor if the "Write to EA Advisor" button does not exist? Compare the screenshots - how my page looks and how these buttons are shown in the help (I cleared the cache, the latest version of chrome, I tried incognito too)
PS By the review, I meant that I will leave a review on Google Play so that people know how EA does not give its contacts and does not help even people with disabilities (email "help...eamobile.com " I also found it on Google play on the PVZ2 page)
