Lost my progress

I just redownload the game to my new phone after a while to find out I lost all of my progress!!

I admit it was a year or two since I last played it but still

I had all of the world's unlocked, I even bought some plants with real money and dont have them anymore, I had over 500k and plenty of diamonds, bought all the pots and all the diamonds plants (you might have add more since then) I  had most of outfits for the plants
you can even see I have all of the achievements but none of the progress
what the hell... why can't you restore the data through Facebook anymore?

Logging in with google did not help
