ive played this game for 2 years or 3 and ive spent money, i stopped playing for like a few months i log back into the game to see my self back to the tutorial all my progress is lost, i emailed the support and nothing any solutions? ive got my player id and i had an email registered to it
if i continue grinding and playing the game cause thankfully the restore purchase gave me all the plants ive ever purchased will they still be able to retrieve my data?

FloppaID I don't think the Restore Purchase button should give you everything you bought, hopefully the advisors will be able to help you recover your account anyway so you will retrieve everything.
i got a question, if i do the restore purchase button if thats in pvz 2 will i get all the stuff ive ever purchased? cause thats the most thing im bummed out of like i dont mind grinding all the way back again yes it might take some years to go back to where i was but its better than starting from scratch

thanks for the help!, it was easier to communicate than emailing, kinda bummed my solution wasnt fixed because the tool they use had an issue whatever they told me to contact at a later time, hopefully my solution gets fixed eventually anyways thanks again!
