Community Admin@ops_kingfish Hi, can you try restarting your device then log back into your gaming account and start the game again?
If you've been logged in and saving to the cloud, your progress should be kept, you can find more info here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/plants-vs-zombies/plants-vs-zombies-2/save-your-pvz2-progress-with-icloud-and-google/
You may want to double check that you're using the correct account if you have multiple ones. Account mixups can be the source of issues like this.

I am using an android tablet and I am signed in since i started playing PVZ. I tried restarting my device and even logging off and logging on but still no change. It still starts in the beginning.
- Is there any way to restore my progress other than the one you suggested
