Where are we supposed to provide this information so we can get our profiles restored?
Did you use the PvZ 2 backup methods (iCloud or Google, depending on your device)?- Have you recently restored your device or reinstalled the app?

- What is the current version of your operating system? (e.g., iOS 17, Android 14, etc.)
- What language is your operating system set to?
- Is your copy of PvZ 2 fully up to date?
