According to the image below , I have got the Znake Lily and 170 Seed Packets ofZnake Lily.
However, as shown in the image below, I now only have the Znake Lily, and the 170 Seed Packets of Znake Lily are missing.

No, you have not lost any seeds.
The new plant requires 250 seeds to unlock. When you reach 500 crowns, you get x80 seeds (which for some reason, it is not shown on the image, see the highlighted on image below). With your 170 seeds, this adds up to 250 and it allows you to unlock the new plant at level 1.
So all the total amount of 250 seeds you have earned has been consumed in unlocking the new plant and this is correct.

not sure if this is the right place. I already opened a case with EA Support. I reached 1000 crowns but have not received the 300 seeds.
Would anyone here have the same issue?
