Make enlighten-mint packets obtainable via mints please

I had all April 2020 to level my Enlighten-Mint, but did I get a single Enlighten-mint seed packet from the power mint pinata? No! I didn't! YOU OWE ME BACK MY 4K MINTS, POPCAP!!!!! Speaking of which...

But wow......... I feel like a laughing stock now for wasting 4k mints on this pinata.

And once again, why SMH on Enlighten-Mint, Pop Cap???
