@BLITZ_HN The 10 gems reward for completing the Daily Quests is buggy and there has been many reports of it being not claimable both on here and over the sub-reddit forum. You can try your luck on opening a missing content case with the HELP CENTER and see if an advisor can assist on correcting this error by crediting the missing 10 gems back onto your account.
As for the 100 gems for 'syncing account', are you talking about the 100 free gems with email registration?
If it is, may I ask is this the first time you are registering email with EA?
If it is not, could you give more details on the 100 gem rewards please?

Alright then, i'll take my shot with the help center if they can help me get those gems back. Thanks!
And about the email registration i've actually owned this account for about 4 years now and last time i registered my email in it probably was in apex legends around the same time I created it.
Ane well, further detail i can give is that i registered the email after the confirmation code was sent and confirmed in pvz2, short time after it showed me my email was registered to the game and a little checkmark on the right side of the 100 gem reward, so i went past the log-in screen just to see that i still owned the same amount of gems.

Not sure if you are aware, the 100 'free' gems is given to an account once, so if you have already claimed this before, subsequent registration on the same account will not receive extra gems. What this mean is, is you register with a new account and receivng a new player ID to start the game all over from scratch, then there is 100 free gem for that account.
I guess EA/PopCap failed to make that clear on the registration screen.
