i have this problem too with parsnip and apple mortar
Then you need to tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report.

@tigergrass4 Just checking if you have purchased the plants and have a copy of the receipts because the help advisor might ask for a proof of purchase as well as your player ID.
@eieio_31310 idk what you talking about but the apple mortar shows up on my store and the parsnips shows up when i get its packet but it not showing in the almanac

Both plants are seasonal $ premium plants, if you have not purchased these plants, they will NOT be showing up in your almanac until their respective seasons return.
Me too I can’t find my parsnip anywhere 🤔😩😢
@simone15729 If you have purchased the plant, you can contact EA Help Center for assistance. You will be asked for proof of purchase and player ID so have these ready to supply o the help advisor.
All of the plants in the almanac that can be bought with gems are not in the almanac. They dissappeared when i backed up my data. Anyone know what could have happened?
