I'm just guessing but maybe 'mobcrush' is @Polomester's autocorrect's way of saying 'mobile crashed' and 'volt reboot' is a correction glitch of 'I've rebooted'. Maybe he's typing this on his phone or something.
Volt reboot could mean he took the battery out and put it back in.
Since @Polomester 's tried all the home remedies, I recommend that he files a case and contacts EA directly.
