My game archive is missing
我今天在iOS上更新了11.7.1。但是进入游戏后，我所有设备上的pvz2进度都完全丢失了。我购买的所有植物、物品和无尽模式存档都没有了。而且这不是第一次发生情况了，从今年1月开始已经发生过三次了。我很担心更新，因为我担心更新后我会丢失游戏文档。这是我的游戏ID，希望你能把我原来的游戏细节还给我
