My game is starting over from the beginning. What’s going on?
My game is acting like I’m a new user. What?!!?!?! What do I need to do to get back to where I was already in the game

Apparently, a lot of players are experiencing this issue along with the whole "Restoring Purchases" glitch. It happened to me too and I contacted EA Help and am currently still waiting for it to be fixed so I can go back to playing my game. Its frustrating. I haven't been able to play for over two weeks now.
