my plant vs zombie 2 has returned to level one, why is that? when I woke up this morning, I opened level one again. Please help me recover the previous level.
Open your game and press the spanner and press download preferences and there you will find your player ID.Take a screenshot and you will need this to recover your progress.
Then press help. Fill in the form and report it as missing content and don’t forget your player ID.
This will create a case and EA will get back to you via email
