My Pvz2 All progress lost .

I have the same issue. My 10+ year old pvz2 account lost all its progress after I took a one month break from the game. 

If you are logged into EA your progress should be saved. Something similar happened to me, but I was able to retrieve my data by linking my account

Same here. The support chat said after the next update. I might be able to recover my account. I better. I will be done with this game if I lose twelve years of progress with something that wasn’t my fault. Also they need to keep support updated. The ability to choose a profile was removed a hot minute ago and they kept suggesting I choose a profile after rebooting.
