First- DO NOT POST YOUR PLAYER ID ON A PUBLIC FORUM....
Next- if you scroll down to the end of the page, there is a button call Help Centre, click on that and follow the instructions and while you are at it, also ask for a new player ID and tell them you have posted out yours on a public area.
