No reward after playing ads

@oanHunter Really annoying and been going on since Sunday at least. EA help referred me to this blog. Says they use third party vendor and sometimes servers don’t communicate. No QC apparently. Has happened to me at least 70 times.

- @lawmfw What’s the use of sending email if none is responding? PVZ2 has a lot of earnings on a daily basis. The least the team can do is to ease the pain of the patrons since most of us are buying premium plants. That server not communicating is not acceptable solution🤨
EA has setup an infinite loop for technical support similar to Crazy Dave and Penny trying to get back Dave's taco !
You would think some manager, Advertising or Engineering, would have defined a template or format for ads that the Advertisers could follow, and if it is the 'servers' not communicating then drop the company that owns the servers !
Orhave a method to recover from an ad not completing.
Next it will be the Internet's fault for not viewing an ad to completion. And not recovering from the failed ad !

Are you receiving any rewards at all or is it only happening for specific ads?
I am receiving rewards and only specific ads. The notion of playing them and watching them but not getting anything is really annoying and not to consider the fact that you ran out of add. Thank you for your response appreciates it. Hunter
