No sound
Hello don’t know why the sound on PvZ2 isn’t working on my iPad.

@saramansm Try adjusting the sound settings to the max, force closing PvZ 2, clear your tabs, and open it again.
- @saramansm That is because this game could also be mute by pressing the "volume down" button.
Checked everything is on. Still no sound
Could you try power cycle your device and see if a re-boot fixes this problem?
By this I mean power it down completely and leave it off for 5 seconds and then power it back on again.
- @eieio_31310 I did that. I Tried everything. I even deleted the app and redownloded again. Same problem. I’m using the latest iPad Pro. I’ll check with a friend of mine and let her download the app on her iPad. I want to see if the app has a general iPad issue or is it just my iPad.
@saramansm It is unlikely to be a problem with the iPad but I guess you can check this out quickly by trying another App (PVZ1 maybe?) and see if audio is present, if so, then there is no problem on the hardware.
Same for me my game has no sound.
