I collected enough seed packets to unlock one of the power mints, but it does not appear in my almanac, so I can’t unlock it for use. I noticed that there are quite a few of the power mints missing from my almanac. Does anyone know why this is and what I can do to update my almanac?

I suggest you contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report and also a bug report.

I really hope this is fixed and fixed fast! I grinded soooooo many hours and I just finally got enough mints to unlock a new power mint and it's not even visible to unlock! There's no way this is intentionally done or else why would anyone waste their time playing for mints if it could be months down the road before they can obtain it. A fix like this should take no more than a minute. It's not even a "fix"...they just need to add the power mints into the main library like everything else. Like c'mon EA this is bush league even for you.Do your job & Take care of business!! This is why we pay you!!!

I asked Haem about it on reddit:Could you also check on the following: If someone bought the Power Mint Pinata for 25 mints that gives random seeds and was able to get 100 seeds for Reinforce-mint, would they now be able to unlock Reinforce-mint right away (they weren't before because it didn't show up in the Almanac). I've heard complains that one still has to spend 100 mints to unlock R-mint. I have no idea if the mints spent on the random Mint Pinata are just down the drain or if they can be used to level up the mints once they are unlocked. Thanksand this was the answer:No they shouldn't need to spend. All mint seed packets are created equal so if you get 100 via the pinata, should still unlock the same way that buying the 100 offer wouldIf that is not the case it's definitely not intended.

I was silly and spent all 700 mints I was saving up on the random 25 mint piñatas. I unlocked about 4 mints plus part of others. Unfortunately the unlocked mints are not appearing in the Almanac, so I need to wait until the mint is featured and appears, or email customer support.

@CALLOFANGELS The issue is that only the feature mint of the months shows up in the Almanac (unless you have it). This months feature mint is Enlighten-mint. So even if you collected 100 mints for a Powermint you don't have you won't be able to unlock it since it won't show up in the Almanac. I will ask a Community Manager if that is intentional or not and let you know.

Arghhh....that makes sense but really stinks!! Right now you can use mints to buy a piñata in the store that gives you seed packets for mints. That’s how I unlocked Bombard-mint but now I can’t access it in the almanac to unlock.
