That isn't the issue. The issue is that ea support will only accept screenshots taken on a pc. That is a requirement.
That's strange, i have made 38 complaints to EA HELP and i have always sent screenshots taken on my phone and nobody from EA HELP ever asked me for PC versions.
Android screenshots are .png files and i think PC screenshots might be .jpg

I have sent them what they asked for and a different tech emails me each time saying what I have sent us close but not quite what they want.

Nobody's ever referred me to that site and i just sent them .png screenshots.

In the past I was never referred the either but that is happening now. And their instructions don't match what you see in the PC. Google no longer let's you access any pay transactions from the PC. It tells you that you have to install the pay app.
