Not sure sure if it's a bug. But I can't unlock specific plants,
I have the required seed packets to unlock some of the plants that have that requirement but the game won't give me the option to. It keeps telling me to find more seed packets.

Specifically seedium plants, but I don't know if mints work with similar system because I bought 250 seeds packets of one of the mints, but it won't let me unlock it it still shows me the "find more" option
