Offer Not Appearing For 2nd Time

After getting my accounts back, I logged in to play the Shadow Peashooter epic quest. I went to the almanac to see the statistics of the plant. I saw an offer in the shop where if I unlocked a certain number of seed packets of Shadow Peashooter, I can unlock it. However, after a few days, I realized that I could not upgrade the peashooter and the stats were missing. The offer in the shop was also missing. Could you add the offer back into my shop and allow me to purchase it? I spent my money to get gems to buy that particular offer. Also, I think my marigold is glitched as the almanac says that I am able to upgrade it despite it being a Zen garden plant only. Could you also reset my scores for my endless stages? Thank you.

It's in my store, with an 8 day time limit on it.
Perhaps it's a regional thing. ( I'm in the uk🇬🇧).

@MAGICDAVESHROOM a écrit :
Tap on the help center button and give them your player i.d.,
EA help is SUPPOSED to solve players" issues and they're PAID to help people who are having problems with their products.
Well you know if it is not a bug giving an advantage to a player, no need to hurry at all 🥳

@NicKohSE Pinatas also disappears sometimes, but usually they get back after a bit or after I restart the game. Dunno why i'ts happening
@lawmfw You get a Marigold every 4 plants, that is not random at all 😉
