Overcharging an item
I purchased a bundle in the PvZ2 story that was advertised for $14. The bundle contained electric blueberry, Hurrikale, and cold snapdragon. After I had purchased the item I checked my bank account, and found that I had be changed $28 for the item, double its price. And even if the items were full price in that bundle. It would have cost $21. So my problem now is that I want to make a refund and get back the $14 that was overcharged.
Hi @h76qxmxlveln I would recommend reaching out to apple support for the charge, to confirm there was not a payment issue. If everything should have gone correctly, you would want to reach out to EA support with your player ID and order information so they can further investigate this.
