Penny’s Pursuit Zomboss Fight keeps crashing

Sometimes certain levels of Penny’s Pursuit will crash on a specific chili pepper (e.g. 3 chilis) but work fine on the other levels and the other chili peppers (e.g. 1 and 2 chilis). This always happens right at the end of the game when I’ve defeated the very last zombie. The screen usually turns a whitish hue and freezes. I have to close the app and reload it. The fuel is still gone that I had spent to play the level but the level shows as not won. If I replay the level at the same number of chilis, the process typically repeats, but sometimes if I keep trying it will eventually complete the level and I’ll get the reward. Still other times it will crash after the level completes and I don’t get the reward so there is now way to ever get the reward. This is especially frustrating in the zomboss levels. I have no other apps open at the time.
- @kc9981 Im having same problem. But i think only at boss levels. 2 out of 3 games(boss fight when 100%) have crashed and when it reloads it’s automatic loss.
Again 2 crashes out of 3 boss matches on penny. Fix??

Thanks for letting us know about what your seeing in PvZ, I am seeing similar reports of crashing happening on ipad with version 12.
I wanted to get some more information on this issue and I can share it with our team.
- Which device and OS version are you running into the issue on?
- Is there a secondary device you can try on?
- If so do you still encounter the issue, and which device and OS is it?
- Where and at what point are you seeing crashes happen at?

Again 2 crashes. 1 time didn’t take turn, 2nd time did.
Hello I have the same issue with you all but instead of using the answer HQ as the report bug advised us, I choose the topic "missing contents" - "have content and lost it" since you are LOSING 1-3 chances of fighting Dr. Zomboss and the rewards such as gems, coins and seed packets of certain plants due to the bug that make you unable to fight Dr. Zomboss and luckily the CS team will get this issues to the dev. Team and trying to fix it if some players had reported it and up vote this issues in the answer HQ, so my advise is trying it like I do and up vote this issue, if you find other person having the same problem and report it on answer HQ then up vote it as well. thank you :D (to up vote the issue is by taping on "me too" on every similar issue you found on the answer HQ) good luck 🙂
