Penny's Pursuit - Progress (and perks) reset upon game close
Hi all,
This is a bug that was fairly widespread across platforms upon Penny's Pursuit launch nearly two years ago: when the game is closed, all perks and progression in Penny's pursuit is lost. Some people previously reported they would lose progress when simply switching profiles and/or one profile's progress would save but the other's would not. I stopped playing for over a year in part because this was never fixed after months and multiple subsequent updates. Not being able to effectively play one third of the game, combined with all the grinding required in Arena, just wasn't fun.
Started playing again and I'm shocked to see that it's still not fixed. Everything on my iPad is up to date.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change. EA Support is useless as many others have reported.
Here's a thread that seems to have the most comments on it, but it ends in May 2020 without a solution.
Please, please help!
