Penny's Pursuit - why need to buy premium plants instead of unlockable packets?

Is dandelion the last former purchasable plant to become available by unlocking seed packets? Starting with chomper, are the rest of premium plant (kiwibeast, torchwood, wasabi whip, jack-o'-lantern...

    @CharlieSupremo If a plant becomes too unpopular, then EA might make it gemium. However, the OPs like Power Lily and Torchwood will remain premium.

    Really makes you wonder why Chomper is still premium.

I tried chomper. But in chomper's epic quest is quite difficult due to overwhelming formidable zombies like football and octo zombies.

@CharlieSupremo Well....its not going to get any better. But its your money after all. We have told you its lousy. I would have suggested getting JOL jack o lantern over chomper. And i hate JOL....
