Take a screenshot of your player ID and then try the troubleshooting steps. Clearing the cache (Android) or reinstalling should fix it.

if so, you might want to earn yourself a few coins before getting this corrected (unless you already have the $$$ plants and wants the seeds for upgrade)👿
I already had millions of coins, so no need. I want to play the Penny's Pursuit mode.
- @PowerToss I already did reinstalling but still not working.
@greyshanelee23 Sorry, if you already did a complete reinstall and that didn't fix it, I don't know what is wrong. I thought you might have an outdated version but a reinstall should fix this as well (v. 8.0 is the newest one).
You can try and contact EA Help at the bottom of this site...maybe they can help you.
- @PowerToss I did already, no response yet. I hope they could fix it. Anyway, thanks for your suggestions.
@greyshanelee23 What topic did you select? Don't mark it as "Report a bug" but instead as "Missing Content". You won't get any reply if you just reported a bug.
- @PowerToss Thank you, I did already. I'll just wait for their response. I email them twice, the first one topic is reported bug and the second one is missing content.
