I do understand that. However, i just played a session, got the sun perk up to level 2 and the freeze perk up to level 2. Had 6 perk points. But when i left the game and got iinto it again, perk points back to 0. I also first went to the subscription email tab and saw there was a change in terms. So i accepted that, and got a promising message saying progress saved. But no, my perk points were reset. I tried this on both my tablets, reaffirming the subscription email, getting the progress saved message, earnt perk points, but they were gone on exiting and restarting the game. Nice try, but it still doesn't work.
I found the problem is even worse. You don't have to leave the game to lose perk progress.

2. Showing 3 perk points earnt
3. Went into the subscription tab, all good there
4. Straight back into penny's pursuit, without even leaving the game, and the points are lost

@zer0Rem0rse I wonder if it's some type of sync error between the devices. What happens when you get some Perks on one device and then switch to the other device without closing Penny's Pursuit. Do the Perks show up on the second device?
I haven't tried that. I always close the game by exiting it (not force closing it) and wait a good minute before opening it up on the other tablet. But i lose perk points when playing on the one device, even within the one gaming session, as i posted above. The 4 screenshots above shows the perk points being cleared within the one gaming session. They were literally 4 screenshots in a row,within 1 minute.
Ah, someone else having this problem too.
Using IPad Mini, and after each restart, my perk progress didn't saved.
