Pinata Party just taxed me 10 gems for 1st play

There are two players on this device, maybe the bug has something to do with that, i.e. if one player played one Pinata Party then when the other player plays it gets taxed 10 gems incorrectly as the game thinks it's a replay. Please fix your bugs, it's not cool to have this many bugs that rip off players... I'm estimating that I already lost around 500 gems just because of that other bug where it doesn't give 10 gems for 8 daily activities...
